“Green Juice”

"BRB"

BRB is a queer comedic holiday short, that hits closer to home for Emily. She directed the film, and cowrote it with Eileen Hanley. The film follows two best friends, Emily and Eileen, as they navigate the ups and downs of the holidays at their bosses Christmas party.

Green Juice is Emily’s directorial debut. She cowrote this film with Eileen Hanley over zoom during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and filmed it in the fall of 2020. The film was nominated BEST OF the LA International Short Film Festival, BEST OF the Toronto Female Eye Film Festival, and was a quarter finalist for the Big Apple Festival and Screenplay competition.
